Campa Graphics

John and his wife moved to Portland in February of 1958. He worked in the print industry for 19 years in sales, estimating, production and ordering. In January of 1977, he opened CampaGraphics on Elliott Street near 20th and Hawthorne with one pressman and no equipment (it arrived a month later). And he's been here ever since. John has built his business on trust, quality and integrity. Values that are still reflected in CampaGraphics today.

Prior to starting his own printing company, John spent five years in the Air Force as a communications officer and navigator. He and Peg raised four boys – three of whom have followed him into printing.

“I know quality, and I know what is wanted. I put my reputation on it.”

John has always been very family oriented, and enjoys camping and fishing with his boys. He still plays golf when he can, and likes to cook. A strong sense of community led him to a long-time membership in the JayCees.
